FrontEnd or Fullstack Developer Mobile Developer 

The digital health start-up Medulife aims at a global health care improvement for people suffering from chronic diseases. It develops and operates highly scalable disease management software (SaaS) and patient centric mobile apps.  Thereby it combines current medical expertise and self-learning decision support algorithms.

One of Medulife’s products is the award winning TeLiPro, which is already successfully used by thousands of diabetic and obese patients.  In addition, Medulife offers the diabetes prevention app DiP as well as the diabetes e-learning program myDiabetes. Medulife is part of DDG – The Digital Health Group, which also includes DITG – German Institute for Telemedicine and Health Promotion and BCS – best care solutions.

  • Development and Customizing of React based Web Front End
  • Development and Customizing of React-Native based App’s (iOS, Android)
  • Bonus: Skills / Knowledge in Native App Development (iOS/Android) as minor parts of the App require native programming.
  • Bonus: Core Java Skills for Backend Development in Java

If you have significant experience in modern javascript based front end development (Angular, Vue.js, Polymer, Knockout, ..), learning React on-the-Job is an option.

Admin / DevOps Linux

We need a skilled person to literally found our operations.

Our current approach:

  • copy the software (soa java back end + react web and react native App frontend) to the server (private cloud)
  • start it using a home grown distributed-process starting tool
  • occassionally check if it still runs, if not – restart

The person we are looking for has excellent Linux Skills and a lot of ideas on how to improve the process outlined above. Bonus would be Java skills to improve monitoring caps of our back end in case.

Tester / QA Engineer

starting Septmber 2018

  • Execution and evaluation of manual test cases
  • Develop and specify test cases for our App and Web Front End (React/React Native)
  • Creation, execution and evaluation of automated tests
  • Setup and maintainenance of test environments (Linux/Java)
  • Bonus: Experience with test automation with JS/React/React Native Front Ends
